dear frnds mein apse poochna chahta hoon k weight kin cheezo se gain hota hai plz tell me and aik question aur k mera face andar ko pichaka ja raha hai mein isko kaisay set kar skta hoon kiyon k mein bodybuilding karta hoon baqi mera jism theek hai lakin face sookhta ja raha hai jiski wja se mera face kamzor lgta hai what i do plz tell me

bahi jee body building say face sokhay ga hee.face nay mota nahii hona body building.app phlwani kiya karay ya kooi doosri excericse karay like DOOR jiss say app ka face mota hoo.

kyoo body building machnoo say kee jati ha iss waja say app koo yeah problem face kerna paray gee.

aur aap tention lena choor de yeh mat soche ke aap k cheeks face k ander pichkey ja rahe hain..aap tention free ho kar game karo aur achi diet use karo

aap ki teen age hai es age main har cheez aap khaa sakte hain jo aap ko cheez passand nehin woh bhi khaye..kuch cheeze insaan ko passand nehin hoti es waja se woh nehin khata lekin humhe Allah ki di hoi har nemat ki zaroorat hai koi bhi cheez Allah ne fazool nehin banayi

han hum passand nehin ati os ki waja zaika hai aap ko jo cheez achi nehin lagti os ka zaika aap change kar ke kaho means os ka pakane ka adad alag ho.

maslun aap ko beef passand nehin to aap os ka ghoust mat khao balke os k kabab bana kar os ka zaika change kar ke khao aap ko passand aye ga main aap ko masaal de raha hon.

health insaan ke apne bas mein hoti hai jab aap ki healt achi ho gi to zahir hai aap ka weight bhi barhe ga.to aap tention mat lo aur jo mele khaa lo yeh omar aap ki khane ki hai har cheez aap ke liye mufeed hai.
