 Semen: How Can I Made My Semen Thick?
salaam sir, there is not books in english , if any body hve books in english please let is there any naturel way to make mani ( semen ) thick , kia koyee mani gaadi yani thick karney ka tareeqa hai aur erection key leyeh kia koyee natural thareekha hai jis say main achaa ho sakoon please help me brother's me know.

khud ko acha ya healthy kerna chahtey hain to us k liye sub se behter tareeka yahi hai k apni diet ko sahi kereyn aur nutrious diet use kereyn |

 Semen Thick karne ka tariqah....
- Eat 5 - 7 eggs in a week
- Eat 6 - 12 Bananas daily
- Drink 2 glass of Milk daily
- Drink 12- 15 glass of Water daily
- Do 15 minutes Exercise daily
- Don't do Masturbation or Sexual-Intercourse for a week
IsnahALLAH you will see a clear difference within a week and you semen would be thicker...!
But Remeber one thing... it's a wrong concept that Thick Semen gives you a healthy baby or cause pregnancy.

re: semen achchi jinsi sehat ke liye semen ka thick hona zaroori nahi. semen
chahe ketna hi patla ho, agar sperm count normal (40-200 milion/ml) hai
tu phir aap ka semen theek hai. agar count normal nahi hai tu aap ka
semen theek nahi hai chahe woh ketna hi thick kio na ho.
