sahil_001 dear pregannacy k liye semen ka ek chota sa drop hi kafi hai....u know pregnancy to sirf ek sperm se hoti hai...aur semen k ek drop mein hazaron ki tadad mein sperms hotey hain...un mein se ek bi active ho ga to pregnancy ho jati hai....
ap apni sperm/semen ki quantity ko kion berhana chahtey hain....kis ne kaha k berhayen...jese hai wese hi rehney deyn.... |

quality, not quantity janab
aap ne agar apna test karwaya hai to uss ki thorri si tafseel bataye, aya aap ki quantity normal hai ya nahi. agar normaly hai to quality kaisi hai.
aur khali quantity barrhanay se koi fayeda nahi hoga agar quality theek nahi hai to.
agar real massla hai to kuch tafseelat zyadaa likhye, agar siraf shauqiya barrhani hai tadaad to yeh bhala kaisay shauq hai, koi muqabla horaha hai kahin? zara yeh bhi bataye.

agar aap ne yeh tafseel pehle likhi hoti to bhala main kion thorra buhat hansi mazaq karta. am a serious person, magar mazah ki hiss abhi maujood hai. so dont take it serious, i am sorry if i hurt u, magar mera mazaq aap ko har jagah nazar aayega. khair to ur problem.
do u know any andrologist near to u? or urologist, if no andrologist is there?
first of all we have to find out, why more than 50% are dead? what is going on?
the other thinig must be clarified whether u are getting children or not? if there are children out of ur marriage, there is nothing to worry. but if there is a wish of children, then there are some steps which must be done one by one. so this is not a matter to be worried about. it is in technology of this time possible.
take a concern to ur andrologist or urologist. if there is one near to u.

re: sperm count pregnancy ke liye sperm count 40-200 milion / ml hona chahiye. aap apni semen report detail se batai tu osi ke mutabiq jawab dia jaaye ga.

consult infertility clinic aap ka sperm count kam hai. kam kio hai is ki wajah maloom hone ke baad hi proper ilaj mumkin hai. proper ilaj ke liye kisi infertility clinic se consult kare.
waise aap ka count bahut ziadah kam nahi hai. etne count par bhi pregnancy ho sakti hai. lekin ideal count 40-200 milion / ml hota hai aur active sperm more than 50% hota hai. jabkeh aap ka count 20 milion / ml hai aur active 15%.
