Medicines use karne say kuch nahi hoga ............ mota honay k liyain apni khoraak bhi moti karni paray gi .......rozana bila nagha 6 times a day medium meal (1 aur 1 1/2 roti) khani paray gi .....( ....agar hoskay tou aur zyada khao......warna medium 6 or minimum 5 times zaroor khana hai).......likin har meal main 3 hours ka gap zaroori hai takay khanay ko hazam honay ka bhi moka milay (warna pait main gurbar ghatala hoajye ga) ........... plus medium meal main snacks waghera ko shamil nahi karna hai like all bakery items etc .........sirf aur sirf regular khana (roti , chawal etc).....................
har 1 week k baad apna weight chek karna ,wo pehley say zyada hoga ..........then after 1 month tumhain apni look main wazeh fark mehsoos hoga ....meray khayaal main itna kaafi hai ..........
aur haaan saath main khush rehna bhi seekho , ghussay say parhaiz karo , jealousy , laraye jhagra etc ......sab negative feelings ko khatam karo apne andar say ( agar hai tou )...........phir dekho adhey motay tou baghair khaye piyai hojaoo gay.............good luck brother
