asalam o alikum all members especially doctors here i am 23 years old aur meri shadi ek saal k baaad hay per my body type is skimmy aur me koi bhe kapra wagera pehnoo shirt wagera to itna suite nhi kerte meri chest ander kee janab hay please koi tareka ( weight lifting k elawa) k jis say meri chest develop hosakay kam az kam normal bandy kee terha aur mujhay bhook ka bhee masla hay bhook bohat he kam lagtee hay sub test kerway woo theek hay lekin phir bhee koi samjh nhi araha pleaseeee mujhay koi medicine ya mashwara day please thanx i nadvance per plz khudara jawab jarur dijiyee ga

Dont worry Hello dont u worry about ur chest. U can develop it very easily.... Just use imli, or sore mangos.
And before ur marriage u will get firm breats. Jitni ziada khati cheezain khao gi utni ziada breast growth karay gi.......

Re: Serious reply Look....it is all because you dont eat healthy food and dont live happily, I may be wrong but it seem that..... so I suggest you to kindly make your diet healthy and be happy.....Motto reply is also good you should eat some sore things like that.

Re: Serious reply I dont think that sore things have some relation with weight gain rather it will affect the throat only. u should take proper diet and avoid junk food. there are many tonics for increase of hunger.we dont prescribe medicines on this forum. please see a doctor for this problem. |

Re: is it rite? I never heard that khati chezian make any damage to Manhood but may be people suggest to refrain from these things so that Man dont look like woman because both have certain attributes.

I am not a DR but there is significiant effect of Imli and sour things to grow Breast.. specially in girls. .. in growing age if one girl is taking this kind of stuff n other one is not there wud be difference. there are some Natural ingredients .. what they are...... I dont know but it is proven ..
and as far as men concerned it calm them down .. Herbal point of view these are called cold impact remidies.. and v. good for digestive system..
No significiantly bad impact on manhood.......

re: nec 1. agar ap ko koi bimari nahi hai tu pareshan hone ki zaroorat nahi.
2. doctor se maloom kare keh ap ko kio bhook nahi lag rahi hai. kahi ap ko depression ki bimari tu nahi hai. kio keh depression mai bhi bhook nahi lagti aur wazan kam hojata hai. agar depression hai tu ap ko depression ka ilaj karana hoga. warna doctor se kahe keh woh koi bhook barhane ke dawa prescribe kar de.
3. ap ko weight lifting ki zaroorat nahi hai. apne sone aur jagne ka waqt theek rakhe. ho sake tu neend ziadah kare. kio keh neend mai Growth Hormone ziadah nikalta hai jo keh ap ke wazan barhane mai kam aye ga.
