Re.Potency! You havent asked about what potency?
If you are asking about the concentration of (Male Jerms in Semen) then there are some seminal tests in Laboratory which take your seminal fluid and tell you that how many jerms are there in your semen,what is their concentration,how is there mobility? etc etc.
In other words they can tell you whether you can become father or not.

potency semen analyses can reveale semen's amount,no. of sperms, functional or not, % of funtional sperms, etc. (if u r concerned with checking ur ability to become a father )and if u mean to check ur ability to perform the sexual intercourse , there is no way out except marriage. |

You can go for semen analysis test at any lab near you. They will collect your semen through masturbation and then they will tell you about the report.
