salam aap sab ko main aap sab se ek masla malom karna chahti hon, main bhut ziada dubli hon or is waja se mere husband mere pass nahi ate wo kehte hain ke tumhari hadian mujhe chubti hain or main mota hona chahti hon koe meri is silsila main help kar sakta hai , main apne bete ko feed bhi karwa rahi hon or abhi wo 7 month ka hai. please koe help karen meri.

agar aap ka dublapan kisi bimari ki wajah se hai tu aap os ka ilaj karai. agar ghiza ki kami ki wajah se hai tu phir poori gheza lia kare.

agar genetically aap dubli patli hai tu phir achchi gheza khane ke baad bhi aap ziadah moti nahi hongi. moti hone ke liye koi medicine istemal nahi kare, moti kerne wali medicine mai steroids hote hai jo insaan ka immunity system tabah ker deta hai jis se beshumar bimaria ho sakti hai.

main shaadi se pehlay se he dubli hon lekin ab mujhe mota hona hai mere husband ko mujhe main attraction nahi lagta please dr. rizwan aap se guzarish hai ke mere masle ko seriuos lekar mujhe kuch acha mashwara den or forum ke logon se bhi guzarish hai ke meri is silsila main help karen.

better option yahi hai k ap apni diet ko sahi ker leyn

fresh juices, vegeables, meat, chicken, mutton, fish, fruits, milkshakes, butter, cheese, cream, sweats etc etc.....

u should use banana, milk, rice, meat, vegetables, honey, potatoes and fish in ur diet. drink water as much as possible. Adopt healthy life style and don't take tensions as they are harmful for the general health of a person.
