Headache: Why It Happens And How It Will Be Vanished?

asalam u alekum every one mera naam khalid hai aur mere age 20 saal hai

mein aap doctors se yeh phoochna chahta hoo k mhuje har mahene kisi bhi waqt sar mein dard parta hai .

sar dard se pehle mere ankhon mein jese paani pani ho is tarah hojata hai aur mhuje dekhne mein dil nahien lagta us ke baad 1 ghante ke baad mhuje sar mein dard parta hai aur ulty bhi ate hai phir jab mein ulty karta hoo to phir sar dard bhi khatam hojaata hai aur mein theek  hojata hoo

plz help me mhuje koi batae k mhuje kiya hwa hai yeh mhuje 7 saal se horaha hai

My age is 20 years and I want to ask from you that I do have headache every month. Before getting headache, I develop watery eyes and find difficulty in visualization. I also develop nausea and vomiting. After vomiting, headache vanishes. Please let me know any treatment.

There are several causes of headache. It also depends on the duration and the time period since the spells are coming up. Most of the headaches are Migraine Headache. Followings are the few characteristics of Migraine Headache:

• It may proceeded by nausea and vomiting
• Person may have light sensitivity. He would dislike sun light etc
• It may occur on any one half of the head
• Its episodes arrives on weekly and monthly basis
• It might happen due to flu, some sort of food items, seasonal variations etc.

It seems that your headache is also Migraine. However, please let me know since how long you are having this pain and how it presents it self I mean when it happens, what is its character like ether intense or not. As for those headaches that have a long history and are severe in intensity must be evaluated fully and in some cases CT scan of the brain is needed.

What I advise you is that match the characteristics of your headache with the characteristics that I have mentioned above for migraine. If these are present that might be it is Migraine. You should take pain killers and rest and nothing more would be required. However, if it is not migraine then further evaluation would be necessary. Either visit a Neuro- physician or write me again the whole picture of your headache which I have requested from you.
