Loss Of Hairs - Hair Falling: How To Prevent?

heloo sir i m from gujranwala.sir meray saath aik problem hai. 1 year se meray sir k baal giir rahay hai.main jab b sir main gila hath lagat hoo. ya shampoo kerta hoo to kam se kam 100 baal zaroor otartay hai.aik time nahanay main is ki kia waja hai.kisi bemari ki waja se to nai otar rahay.but i m perfectly allright.tell me y this is happen to me kia is k liye koi test karwana paray ga.

Hello Sir, I am from Gujranwalan. I have a problem that since one year my hairs are falling. When ever I touch my hairs with wet hands or apply shampoo them at least 100 hairs falls in a single bath. I want to ask what is the cause of hair falling. Do I have any disease however I am perfectly alright Does it need any test?

anti dandruff shampoo  can be taken from pharmacy with antifungal in it like ketoconazole/itraconazole compound in it....2-3times/week application...preferably donot use more than 1 shampoo bottle per season(winter/summer)
