I Got Night Fall Just Twice In My Life

My ik 23 sala hata kata jawan ho,IN 23 years my only 2 times mjy IHTILAM huwa hi,Kabhi kabhi nend me kafi peak pr chala jata hi magar Ihtilam nhi hota,Hata k ramdhan k dino my 35-40 days my musht-zani nhi krta fir bhi Ihtilama nhi hota,Jb k mry aur dost hr dosry din Ihtilam k shikar hoty hi.Pls help

 My age is 23 and I do have Night fall just twice though out my life. Some times during sleep I attain orgasm but even then I dont get Night Fall. In the whole month of Ramadan I dont do masturbation for 30-45 days and even then I dont get it. My other friends do have Night fall every second day.
