I Have Done Gay Sex With My Friend

Anal is basically made for stool passing not for inserting anything, its inside walls are very sensitive if any kind of hard thing inserted , obviously it will damaged very badly and thats why blood coming out from your anal

i m happy that you have done tuaba tuaba for this shamefull and non muslim act, dont worry wait for few days inshallah it will become better and better, but if you feel that it cannot then you must consult your speciallist
