Dear Dr, this problem is with my wife. I got married 5 years back and I have two kids as well. After marriage, at the begining of first pregnancy, my wife has got flu. 4 years have now passed away but her problem has been persisting and increasing day by day. By applying Xynosine drops she gets temporary relief. Now she has started to have throat pain as well. She has had on and off running nose which is temporarily relieved by xynosine drops. Dr has advised operation, however; my wife doesn't ready for it. Since there is no proof whether this problem could be solved after operation or not. What could be the treatment for her? Please give suggestion.

Chronic rhinnitus...

In my opinion you can cönsult another Good E.N.T specialist for second opinion..

The condition you have described demands Nasal Drainage Operation (done for chronic rhinnitus/sinusitus).. for sure....

As whatever has been the initial triggering factor or is precipating this Has converted it into a Chronic Condition..after operation doctor will tell necessary precautions to be taken to prevent future recurrence.

IF not treated this viscous cycle of nasal blockage and runny nose may continue... And may lead to other problems

xynocine is just a temporary symptomatic cure..with its own side effect if taken for such a long time.
