Fitness And Physical Exercises: Which Exercise Does Not Produce Stress On Back Bone?
salam every1 i need to ask ani ercise of being to get fit without giving stress on my back. back bone injury ki waja se koi activity nahi jis se weight gain hora hai sirf thighs se or bone ki strength k leye kuch or masage olive oil ka krti hun daily basis pe tangun mein blood circulation hai par weight or hadian mazboot nahi hain Please tell me any fitness and physical exercise which doesn't produce any stress on the back bone. Since I did have back bone injury and hence I can't do any activity and therefore; my weight is increasing. Although I perform massage with olive oil on legs to strengthen them and to increase the blood circulation. Still bones are weak.
