salam Docter sahib.mari pregnancy ko howe 6weeks ho gaye hain.leakin mare baby k abi tak hardbeat start nahi hohe .main yea pochna chati hoon k baby ki hardbeat ketne weeks main start hojani chahe hain.or ketne month main baby harket start kerta hai.P/Z answer abi den..main both preshan hoon.main 2saal bad pregnant hohe hoon...thanks

baby ka heart sound

Foetal heart sounds can be hard with a stethoscope by 18-20 weeks. It is the most conclusive clinical sign of pregnancy.

Fetal Heart Sound

At 6 week---------------------- by Ultrasound fetal heart activity can be seen
At 10-12 weeks--------------- by Doptone( a machine use to hear fetal heart sound)
At 24 weeks and onwards--- by fetoscope
