Which Exercise Is Appropriate For Reducing Excess Fat From Thighs And Hips

hello everyone..... i want some home remedy or tip for reducing weight from the thighs and hips.... i am working lady and due to extensive sitting posture my thighs and hips are getting desahped-menaing i am gaining lots of fats or something on this area.... please suggest me any suitable excercise which i can do after i go home in the evining....my overall body is short hiegt less weight but thighs and hips are gaining extra weight.please respond to my query any medical person or any lady with same problem... thankx .bye

Exercise

aap subha breakfast se pehle, sedhe khare ho jayen phir saans andar ki taraf khenchen aur apne haath se feet ke toes ko touch karen yani hath stretch karke jhuken aur feet touch karen. 5-10 times yeh karen.

phir, bed par lait kar jis tarah cycle chalate hain wese paddling karen 10-15times.

phir apne dono legs ko bari bari apne pait par fold kar ke rakhen. 5-10 times.

agar aap ko faida ho to mujhe bhi bataeiga, mujhe yeh exercises doctor ne batai hain but due to my busy routine, mai kar nahi paa rahi hoon, agar aap ka weight loose ho to inform me, phir mai bhi karogi.

exercise

mis shermili its not very hard i give you few tips they might work for you.

stand sideways to the stairs, hold the railing for balance. put the right foot on steps, then cross the left foot in front of the right and put on the next step. go to the other end of steps. repeat it 3 to 5 times.

lie down on the ground on your back. hold a heavy chair with your hands from beyond your head.raise left leg and move it in front of you but don't swing it. squeeze you inner thigh while doing so. repeat it with the right leg. repeat the whole process for 10 times.

lie down on side ways with right hand under head, keep your body and legs alligned. raise your left leg up. repeat the process 10 times, do same on to other side.

brisk walking is best exercise. walk 30 to 50 minutes every day on regular basis. it will help shape your thighs.

swiming,cycling,skipping the rope will help to shape your thighs.
