tumnay sab ko acha mashwara dia hai, aur tumharay liye ye hai k apnay aap ko un tamam kamo say door rakho jinsay tumhay nuksan hota hai,, atleast ye 7 months shadi tak in tamam kamo say door raho...

Dublay pan say nijaat AUR bharpoor TAKAT ka nuskha:
hakeemo ko paisay denay ki bajaey agar tum khooraak ziada kar saktay ho to wo kar lo.. wo mai batata hon..

2 kilo dudh daily
butter/margerine & cheese (atleast 200 gram)
Bread
Fruits
6 time meal

din mai 3 ki bajaey 6 time khaana khao, (3 ya 4 ghantay k wakfay say).
har bar khana khanay k sath dudh ka 1 glass, yani 6 time khana to 6 glass dudh...
iskay ilava kisi bi time 2 glass milk shake k pi lo

3-4 din is tara kha pee kar , gym join karo, aur subah k time exercise karo aur ghar aa kar milk shake k 2-3 glass peo , phir 2-3 ghantay baad nashta karo sath dudh ka glass ,, baki pehlay hi bata chuka hon......

within a month you will see an amazing difference in yourself....

namaz bakaedgi say parhna shuru kar do... is say tum par bohat acha effect paray ga aur jism active rahay ga...

meat k baray mai batana reh gaya tha,,
gosht khana bohat zaroori hai,, especially bara gosht (BEEF),, keema bana kar khao to ziada behtar hai,, Qeemay mai Red Chilli bohat thori dalni hai, iski bajaey kali mirch (black pepper) aur Green Chilli dalo.. aur ho sakay to makhan mai banao,, aur khanay k time phir say makhan dalo aur mazay say khao...

lunch aur dinner dono time gosht khana hai,, raat sonay say pehlay yani sixth meal mai koi cheese sandwich ya kuch aur bana kar kha lia karo aur sath dudh ka glass..

yr parshan na ho app ko jo tips josh ne diay hain no doubt good hain lkn app ne kaha ha app ka stomach aksar kharab rehta ha soo itni heavy food app ko ho sakta ha suit na kary.kia app bata sakty ha k app ka pait kiss tar kharab rhta ha agr app ko consipation(kubz) ha ya acidity ya koi b iss tar ka problem to doo cheezien 1---fibrocoal(it is natural fiber like isbhgoal+wheat) also use fibrous food like apples etc which will give strength to ur stomaoch if u have acidity or gas like problem use teph-20 capsole each every day in morning  nashty se almost half hour pehly for some months continously these two things inn ka koi b side effect ni ha

doosra ye k satth sath gym zarror join karin aur (koi supliments na use karin) aur sirf natural food istimal karien aur gym bila nagha jain

1st aur most imp namaz 5 times agr alredy namazi ha tu behtar aik b namz na chorien.

agr app natural wheat(gundam) da dalia istimal kar sakty hai tu zarro karin(not from stores) it has excellent results + pure milk

ye do things agr app ka stomach b theek rahy ga tu sexual point of view se exece,int results day ga

Thanks to all kuch nay kahan k khoorak zayda karo kuch nay milk ka kaha kisee nay gym , lakin mayn yai sab kuch already use kar chuka hoon gym is liyai chor dee b/c mayn itna weight nahin utha sacta so gym expert nay kaha isay chor do ,

MILK  jab bhe  peeta hoon hon toh aglay din hee qabz ho jati hay mostly mughay qabz hee rehte hay matlab subah washroom toh jata hoon but poore tarah farigh nahin ho pata , aisa lagta hay k again washroom ki need hay but  jab wash room jaon toh kuch bhee nahin hota or mayn bahar kay khanay bhee bohat kam use karta hoon,

UZV means dick , lakin is k saath saath Money kaa colour bhee white nahin ab agar kabhi galti say yai kaam ho bhee jaey toh dick ki jar par dard hota hay , etc etc
