Please Solve My Discharge Problem

Sir G i am married man and 29 years old. From few months  i am having a problem ,My urine color is getting yellow, and my timining is also affected. I took only few seconds to get discharge. I have taken Hepatits test and all others test but all of them are clear, but still i am having problem, I went to Hamdard dua khana, they have said u have tounsers due to that ur having this problem. now tell me is  their any medicane that can help to gain my timining back, Plz tell me the details regarding my problem ,I will Really apparicate it.

in my opinion apko pani ziada peena chahiye...
din mai atleast 2-3 liter pani pina chahiye...
pani ki kami ki waja say urine yellow ho jata hai...
