Why ehthlam do not occur

I am 23 years old and also facing the problem of not occuring of ehtalaam. Mujhey 2 se 3 month tak yaa iss se be ziada months tak ehtalaam nehein ataa.Agar masturbate na bhi karon to phir bhi yehi problem persist kar raha hay. waisay physically i am fit. my weight is 60kg/

Please tell me is it disease or any other thing else.Please reply me plz plz..bcoz someone has telll me it is a disease of not occuring of nocturnal ejaculation at the normal time.

Yes it is quite normal.
Ehtelam whether one or two or ten or thiry within a month or once every 3-4 months all are normal and need no treatment
