Sir, Mein aap ko first time apna sawal post kar raha hoon, sir mein married hoon aur 25 Years ka hoon, meri shaadi ko sirf 2 months hi hua hai, sir meri problem yeh hai kay mein jab bhi apni wife kay sath mubasirat (Intercourse) karnay ki kosish karta hoon mein bohut hi jald discharge ho jata hoon, yani kehnay ka matlab hai sirf forplay kay waqt hi discharge ho jana. Abhi vagina mein penis jata bhi nahin hai aur mein discharge ho jata hoon aur is ki waja say meri wife mujh say kafi naraz ho jati hai, aur after first time discharge dobara kosish karnay ki mujh mein himat hi nahin hoti hai yani mein apnay aap ko kafi week mahsoos karta hoon, mein shaadi say pehlay kafi (masturbation) karta tha. Kia is ki waja say tu koi problem nahin ho rahi hai, please Dr. Shab meri help karain meri wife aulaad chahti hai magar mari is problem say mein aur meri wife bohut hi pereshan hain.

2months is the initial period of marriage in which both the partners are not experienced and they do face many problems, but as the time passes they understand many things and learn various techniques.we don't recommend people to do the exercises designed for Pre-mature ejaculation in this initial period b/c all these problems get resolved spontenously without any effort as the time passes.
