Don't worry

It is normal to have delay in getting pregnant. If your wife does not get pregnant within 12 months after regular intercourse without any contraception, then you may BOTH want to see a gynecologist for subfertility check-up.

7months is not a long time. u should remain patient and dont get any kind of tension. Its all in the hands of ALLAH.

• do intercourse near to the ovulation day of ur wife(8-18th days of menstrual cycle)
• do intercourse in the position in which both of u feel maximum penetration
• when u discharge ur semen inside vagina, ask ur wife to be in the same position for 20-25 minutes then get up.
• take care of urs and ur wife's diet and rest.
• If u are very much worried and if there is any irregularity in the menses of ur wife then see a gynecologist.
