Why I Dont Get Sleep At Night?

slam doc sahib meri prb yah hai kay mai jab raat ko soney k liye jata hoo to mujhey neeend nahi aati qareeban 1 mah say mujhey neend nahi aaa rahi wat can i do ? plz tell me mai aik healthy neend sona chahta hoo mai apney aap ko relax karney kee koshish karta hoo magar pata nahi kia hota hai koi ishq wagaira ka chakar nahi plz reply me ?

I dont get sleep while I go to bed at night. I have been experiencing this problem since a month.

1. agar ap ko aik mahina se sleep ka problem hai tu batai keh aik mahina se kio nahi arahi hai. kia ap kisi pareshani mai mubtala hai.

2. sleep ke lia neend ki medicine milti hai. lekin mera mashwarah hai keh ap neend ke lia koi dawa istemal nahi kare. kio keh neen ki dawa ka insan adi ho jata hai jis ka sehat par bura asar parta hai.

3. behta ilaj hai keh ap kisi psychiatarist ke pas jakar apna problem discuss kare. woh tafseel sun kar maloom kare ga keh neend nahi ane ki kia waja hai. wo os wajah ke mutabiq ap ka proper ilaj kare ga.

4. neend nahi ane ki beshumar wajoohat hoti hai. medical aur psychological dono qisim ki wajoohat hoti hai. ap apne family physician se bhi treatment le sakte hai. lekin family physician aam tor se neend ki dawai dete hai jis ka insan adi ho jata hai. is lia behtar hai keh family physician ki bajai kisi psychiatrist se ilaj karai.

Sometimes neend get disturbed due to some problematic thoughts and tension or due to disturb schedule. So if your schedule is fine and you get up early in the morning and go to bed in night then when you go for sleep, dont think much about many things and just achieve mind focus. And to achieve mind focus, best method is to recite some small surah or any small ayat, aur just First Kalima aur part of kalima again and again until you get to sleep.

Allah kai zikar sai dil ko sukoon milta hai, aur scientific advantage bhi milta hai. If you dont have any other problem try it for sometime, you will be ok. thanks

raat ko soonay say pehlay apni walida say apnay ser (head) ki misaaj kerwaeion, sarsoon k oil say (jo k hum aam use kertay hein).

Shaam ko Magrab k waqat Dahi ki namkeen Lasi bana ker peain. Dont take tea or coffee.

Raat ko bister per lait ker darood sharif perhein, Inshallah Neend aa jaye gi.

Aik Hadis Sharif mein hai k jo Esha ki namaz nahi perta us ki neend say sakoon khatam ker dia jata hai.

Namaz bhi perha karo.
