A Shabbir
By bad dreams, do
you mean erotic or sexual dreams involving sex act with graphic details?
Take a deep breath,
smile and relax! These experiences are very normal. You are normal with an
active mind and good reproductive health. Dreams are often a way to let you know what
you need for emotional and physical satisfaction. but are not getting during
your waking hours.
The mind is so
powerful and the brain is the ULTIMATE FRONTIER! Brain
is thought of as the SEXIEST organ in the body for obvious reasons.
You are
experiencing normal sexual thoughts and feelings. Because of desires and not
being able to fulfill you sexual desires, you are having sexual tension build
up. Dreams of sexual nature and sexual
fantasies are a norm. And, you are having wet dreams and your mind is building
this construct around that as you sleep. There is nothing to feel bad about
this.
Your subconscious
thoughts and feelings seek fulfillment when you sleep.
It could also be lucid dreaming. This is knowing or being aware of that you are dreaming, WHILE you are
dreaming. It is, in a sense, becoming fully conscious in the dream state. During
wakefulness, the body has physical awareness but has no awareness of consciousness.
In the dream state, one is not having body awareness but consciousness or one
is aware of one’s higher self, spirit or consciousness.
For starters, lucid
dreams can serve a broad range of purposes, from erotic fulfillment to the
practical. In lucid dreams, you can do anything! And that means anything – anything within the infinite power of
your subconscious mind, including things like tackling the whole meaning of
life problem, including, importantly, being able to enjoy sexually and
experience delight, often in graphic sense with erotic details.
Cool shower may help
when you have dreams and you are sexually excited and your body feels warm.
According to a recently conducted University of Montreal
study, it is estimated sex dreams make up about 8
percent of all dreams for both men and women. The most common kind of sex dream
involves good old-fashioned intercourse, followed by propositions or flirting,
kissing and fantasies. The results of the study, which was the first
exploration into the subject in nearly 40 years, run counter to much of that
past (and outdated) research, as well as the long-standing assumption that men
think about sex far more than women, both consciously and subconsciously. This change
doesn’t mean that modern women have spontaneously started dreaming about sex a
lot more — it’s just that woman these days are much more comfortable discussing
their sexuality and fantasies. When they have an inclination towards
sex, it develops more and more.
Increased sexual
desires, libido, urge to have sex, before period…Normal too.
Physical and
emotional changes (including sexual feelings, libido, sex drive, etc) that go
through in a woman on a monthly basis are caused by hormones that interact and
work together, communicating between the BRAIN and the reproductive system. Women of reproductive age report fluctuations in their sex
drive throughout their menstrual cycle. This well-researched topic of interest
has resulted in conflicting information, making it difficult to reach
definitive conclusions. The most well-known
biological theory is that women feel their sex drive kick into highest gear
during ovulation at mid-cycle, approximately 14 days before they get their next
period. The changes in estrogen levels and the added testosterone bonus that
accompany ovulation explain why some women experience heightened libido during
this time. Testosterone, generally known as a male hormone (androgen) is also
produced by women (example: in the ovary). Testosterone also has a big role in women’s sexuality. Testosterone increases women’s sexual
appetite as well as pleasure. Sexual pleasure is easy to achieve in
women because of this hormone.

MIND!
We may be said to
possess three minds, namely the conscious mind, the fore-conscious mind, and
the unconscious mind. At times the term subconscious mind is employed; it is
synonymous with the unconscious mind. Of course, these divisions are made solely for
explanatory purposes. Such a division is very convenient for understanding
various mental phenomena.
DIVISION OF MIND…as
you said. I do not know whether we can arbitrarily divide like this. The realms of MIND and the vast ocean of
DREAMING are fascinating areas, explored by intellectuals such as Carl Jung. Carl Gustav Jung was a clinician, psychiatrist and a scientist, and a forerunner of
humanistic psychology. Jung is considered as the first modern scientist
and psychologist who emphasized
understanding the psyche through exploring the worlds of dreams, art, mythology and philosophy (Eastern and
Western).
