Nutritious Food: Please Doctors Provide Me A Diet Chart

AoA evry1! I hope u r all doing fine.
I have something to ask from the Docs. I need help regarding nutrition. I really don't expect any1 to make up a diet plan for me, though it will be highly appreciated :)
Actually, I've started weight training recently and to obtain better results, appropriate diet is equally important as the training itself is. Now the whole point is to maximize protein intake with as little fats & carbohydrates as possible. Infact, an ideal would be 60-70% Proteins and rest would be the other two.
What I know is that Eggs, Milk, Meat and Fish are all rich in proteins. But the problem is I don't know in which form I can avoid the other two the most. That's because here comes the difficult part, things i've to avoid like anything fried, whether it is the egg, meat or fish. Doctors, can u help?
Plz give some fat burning tips as well.

just thought to mention that I myself am not a fat guy but want to get in shape :p

is ka sahi jawab aap ke family physician hi de sakte hai. kio keh mukhtalif logo ke liye diet plan mukhtalif hota hai. aap ke liye kia munasib rahe ga, yeh aap ka physical checkup ke baad hi kaha ja sakta hai.

The right proportions of yr diet shuld be discussed between u and a dietation, yet I can give u some info on the protein rich food.

All Beans, like kidney beans, gerbanzo beans, and other if available, plus all Lentils (daals) are a good source of protien.  U can simply avoid the fats by not using any fried stuff at all, becoz whatever fats yr body may need, u will already be getting them from yr daily food naturally.  So no need to care about the fat portion.

Now the second thing is the carbohydrates,  so all the rotis, breads, any kind of pizaa+bakery things all contain large amounts of carbs.  So u need to stop using all the bakery things, and just stick with the basic home made plain roti for yr daily intake of carbs.  And for the protein portion u can eat good amounts of daals, beans, chicken and fish is the better idea from the meat side and also good amount of veggies to keep yr vitamins and minerals in yr diet.

However, this is a rough idea of things.  When exercising, it is always better to at-least consult with a DIETATION once to avoid any future problems u may have while body building.  Be very carefull as it is not a child's play and spend some money to get the right knoweldge and go from there.

good luck
