Which Diet Improves Semen Analysis?

Dear all,

I have married before 9 months ago,My age is 28 years and my wife is of 21.my wife did not conceived.a renowned gynocologist of the city examined and she did altrasound of my wife.She stated that there is harmon abnormility problem with your wife so she is not conceiving.

Lady doctor also suggested for me to have a semen test,please tell me before semen test what i should eat or what can be the benefitial diet before this and from where i should take this test.

I shall be highly obliged of all of u.

• There is no need of any specific food before semen analysis.
• u need 2-3 days abstinence from intercourse(donot do intercourse 2-3 days prior to the test)
• semen analysis can be done from any reputable lab.
• This test is a base line investigation in starting the infertility treatment so, dont take any tension regarding ur strength or sexual power.
