Depression Due To A Problem

Dear Friends
I am new user and I have come to know that your site is for the help and advice to people who cant discuss with their problem with friends or other relatives.

Dear Friends, I have a problem and due to this, I have become a patient of Depression and Anxiety. I have not ever discuss with my friends and family members due to guilty, fear and hesitation.

Please reply me can I discuss with all of you? after your kind replies, I will post my problem.

Dear Friend. In the treatment of depression it is necessary to find out and treat the causative factor. You have to share with us what has made you to think like this. And if you will not tell us what is the problem then you must search the solution and resolve the issue by your own. When you will have solution of this problem then your depression will be over. you have taken the first step, realizing that you have a problem is the first and the most difficult thing that one can do. I assure you it is 60 % of the problem gone, now left is 40 %.
Here in this forum we try and talk to each other by defining what the problems are and then we try and resolve issues that exist, its best if you start off at your own comfort and share what ever details you want to let us know.
When we know a bit more about you we will be able to guide you in the right direction towards the resolution of your Depression and Anxiety disorders.
Let us know what we can do for you and let us know how we can all contribute, do not worry, your guilt, fear and hesitation will only delay the thing as much as you want, you have taken the first and the biggest step, take the next step and let us know.
