there are many physiological reasons:

summer season
increased sweating
sun exposure
use of poor quality soap
less consumption of water
sleep disturbances
depression
psychological thinking.

betal nuts does not affect face complexion but they are very much dangerous for health.

aray bhai .........tension kiyu lete ho.............larke ho koi larki thori ho jo etna consious horahe ho.........larke tou kaley bhi hon tou maa kahti hai "mai apne chand se bete keliye chanda jesi dulhan laogi"............aap fikar naa karen......aap jet black bhi hogaye tou bhi aapko chand jesi dulhan mil jaegi..........wese agar aap jalna kurhna chor den tou complexion black nahi hoga.
