we all know suicide is haraam in Islaam. my question is can a girl commit suicide to save her virginity(izzat)??? for example if she is caught by enemey army etc.

Lesser of the two evils is allowed. While zina and suicide are both haram, if one is forced to sex, then it is not zina but rape and the girl is innocent. So, she should not committ suicide. Life is the most precious gift of Allah, and even eating and drinking haram food and drinks are allowed to save life.

I guess this answers your question. Often time, it is the social and family taboo that makes a girl choose the path of suicide, but Islam is not harsh and is easy for those who follow it.

Not Easy Task

Even though the situation u told  SUICIDE is Harram..and no way if girl is resisting not easy task to rape for single person. even though Army person cant do along.. if it is gang rape then situation can be changed but God said it is Harram and our Quran n Islamic teachings are till Day of Judgement no one can change no matter what...
