meri chahti main dard horaha hai 1 din pehlay say, jab left hand say kuch ziada kam karti hoon to dard honay lagta hai left chaati main, plz bataien koi problem to nai hai na ziada, or iss ka hal kia hai..

There may be some reason for this pain like weakness, gastric pain, muscular pain, gases or chest infection and may be cardiac pain. U must consult ur family physician as soon as possible.
