Can We Take Vitamins With Out Doctor's Prescription?

My question is that if a person takes VITAMIN and iron tablets without any prescription of doctor only for empowerment then is it good for his or her health or not. second what is the funcntion of vitamin E in human body

1. agar jism mai vitamin aur mineral ki kami nahi haitu phir vitamin aur mineral lene se overdose wali side effect ka samna hoga.

2. vitamin E ke bare mai ap ne kio sawal poocha hai. pahle is sawal ki wajah batai phir jawab dege

vitamins and minerals are the micronutrients which are very essential for human health but there is a "recommended daily allowence" of each vitamin and mineral. If the level of these vitamins and minerals exceed in the body, it can cause serious problems.
