Sharing Clothes: Can It Cause Aids?

I have a question its mi first question, i m very confused. I don't know i may be wrong plz correct me and i m very feared mi question is that i share mi pajama with mi big brother, mi brother had wet dream last night and he changed the pajama and hang it in the bathroom and accidently i wear it and all his semen gets to mi penis all over can i get aids with it although i washed it after a while as i realised after some 10-20 min. I want to ask if i get aids from it.

Plz reply me soon as i m very worried.

If not then y are u taking tension..... Agar Aids hi nahi hai to pareshan hona wali koi bat nahi hai aur agar khudanakhuasta unko aids hai to bhi etna zada pareshan hona wali bat nahi.. jo bat apna batain hai change of cloths ki 10% chance ho sakta hai laikin aids aisa exchange nahi hota hai...

Magar apna dil ki tasali ka liya ap doctors sai mashwara karain might be woh apko koi test karwaiiiiii.
