Dont use any medicine or injection for body building purpose. ALLAH already give u good body and if u can make it more perfect by doing exercise then its good but i think dont use any medicine or injection for it.

protein injection to first time suna hai,, log vitamin B k injections lagvatay hain,, aur muje ye hi pata hai k unka nuksan ziada aur faeda kam hota hai...

sunday ho ya monday - roz khao anday...
ye add aik tv channel par dekha tha...

Dont go for any kind of injection for bodybuilding. Most of them are anabolic and Nodoubt all the anabolic steriods or supplements could give you a massive muscle growth but they are extremely dangerous as they increase the possibility of heart attacks and many other problems. so never take them either in the form of injection a tablet or powder.

Always remember if you want to increase in size there are certain tips for it other than taking high protien diet which is a must.

Never leave breakfast because it the basic thing to gain size. and try to increase the breakfast.

Drink Alot of water (at least 10 - 12 glasses per day) and fresh juices because it will balance the effect and protect your liver from being over exhausted.

sleep for at least 6 hours or make it 8 if possible.

and when in gym try to learn the right angles for the exercise and try to lift heavy weight with less reps.
