well What I have said about taking shower is not related to me. Yes I have problems and I dont take shower, but what I am saying is a general health recommendation. Taking a cold shower during periods is not good for the body, since it wastes too much energy of a woman and women need more rest and gentleness during this time. The hot shower is also not recommended because it trigers the PMS symtoms and can cause depression in women.
So basically it is recommended not to take shower if u don't need to, or may take it after the first couple of days to avoid the tiredness and other PMS symtoms etc etc. So what I have said here is not for me, it is for everyone.
Now keep in mind that some health web sites may recommend the bath/shower but also u need to understand that they are western websites and they talk about this kind of stuff keeping in mind the whole atmosphere of their countries.
For example, In USA or any other developed countries, they have central heating and cooling system. Like I have this system in our home, and I never have to wear any sweater in winter or any LAWN in summer, since I can keep the temperature according to what I feel food in. So in this case I will not feel the cold after shower, or stay hot in summer, and resulting from that I will not have to face most of the side effects, we can have in Pk because of sever cold or intens hot summers.
I am sure u get my point now. Whenever u search something on these western websites, u need to also think about the weather conditions and stuff like this.
