Body Shivering Reasons: Shivering Hands And Shivering Legs Too Much

AOA...mera prob yeah ke mere haath shiver kerte hain like agr main zara sa bhi bhari weight utta loo aur meri legs bhi shiver kerti n different parts of other body like my back...koi medicine recomend kere  jis se mera nervous system strong ho jaye...hope ur understanding my prob......main aik zamne main(approx 8months) masturbation bhi kerta tha kahin uss ki waja se tu kamzori nahi ho gai ...

I have got extreme shivering hands especially when I lift up some weight. Also I get shivering legs and shivering in other body parts like my back. Please recommend any medicine so that my nervous system would become stronger. I had also been involved in doing masturbation as well.

First of all we have to see what do you mean to say shivering the body. Since by defination, it is the shaking of skin due to feeling cold. However; further more your describe the symptoms of Tremors, as you have told that you feel shiver while attempting to lift certain weight. 

In my opinion proper examination is required in order to look your body behaviour. 

One thing here that I strongly want to tell you is that Masturbation does not produce any harm like that. I don't want to tell you that you should do masturbation, however; I meant if you have done it then fine, no problem could happen due to it. Try to leave this idea. 

Stress over your diet, take proper food, sleep. Live anxious free life. 

Increase your will power and don't think two much about your weakness. Imagine your self a strong person. You would be okay soon by adopting positive thinking.
