Blood Veins Not Found: What To Do?

aoa all members.mra aik problem ha jo k kbi kbi bohat bara ho jata ha .mri blood veins ni milti.jb b koi test krwana ho tu bohat muskil hoti ha ya tu veins milti he ni hn ya jo milti ha wh bohat barek hoti hn.blood laty hwy bohat pain hota ha.aur mujhy mein blood ki bhe kami ha blood nikalta he ni ha.ab mujhy yeh soch k der lagta ha k agar kbi koi problem ho jaye tu mri veins dhondny me he kafi time lag jaye ga.plz koi hal batye.

Summary:

·        My veins are too thin to find

·        Problems happen when any blood test is required

·        Feel so much pain while blood is taken out from vein

·        I do have blood deficiency

·        I am afraid whenever there would be any problem God forbid, then my veins will not be found or either it will take a lot of time for getting my veins punctured and I will not be treated appropriately

Dear friend it is almost natural and absolutely normal finding in you. There are a lot of ways in the body to either give fluids, injections directly in to blood or to take out blood samples. Therefore you should not be worried in this regard that what will happen and will not happen in the future. If you feel weakness and think that you have deficiency of blood then get check your Hb level. If is low then you could increase it by appropriate diet, and taking those things that have more iron. You may also take some tablets to build up blood in your body.
