I am having blood in the stool and since the start of Ramadan constipation started as well. please let me know its treatment.
apko urine mai blood ata he ya urine ke baad? aur ye blood kitney arsey se aa raha he?sath mai Pain hota he?...

urineD/R yani urine test karwa lain...apko urinary tract ke stones ka bhe problem ho sakta he n doc may advise u x-ray of abdomen(KUB)...
agar apko constipation ramazan mai he start huwe ha tu ye itna problem nai ha...ap isapghol husk leya karain sehri n iftar mai....vegetable salad lain zada and fruits...juices...
magar urine prob ke leye urologist ke zaroor jaye....water n juices zada piya karain...

mohtarma inhai urologist ki nahi general surgen se milna chahiye. kio keh bara peeshab urethra se nahi balkeh anus se nikalta hai.

bahyee iss ki kai wajoohat ho sakti hai, mamooli aur khatarnak dono. aap ko mashwarah hai keh aap kisi surgeon se consult kare, woh aap ka checkup ker ke koi munasib mashwara de ga.
mamooli reason: mera khayal hai keh aap ko hamorhoid (bawaseer) ya fissure hai. agar stool ke saath bahut sakht pain hota hai tu fissure hai warna hamorhoid. aap ne baday peeshab ke saath sakht pain nahi bataya iss liye mera khayal hai keh aap ko fissure nahi hai.
Hamorhoid ki bhi kai qisim hoti hai, mamooli hamorhoid sirf injection se hi sahi ho jaata hai, jabkeh ghair mamooli ka operation bhi kerna hota hai.
khatarnak reason: baday peeshab se khoon ka aana khatarnak bhi hota hai, mai yaha per aap ko woh tamam khatarnak wajoohat bata kar confuse kerna nahi chaahta. filhal aap ko yahi mashwarah hai keh aap kisi general surgeon se consult kare. mera zaati khayal hai keh aap ko 1st degree hamorhoid hai. aur 1st degree hamorhoid beghair operation ke sahi ho sakta hai.
Ye maine waqai big mistake ke ha..but genuinely yehe huwa..mere mind ne pick nai kya..bt galti tu ha meri(it would have been a misguidance)... Aur aik baat pe khushi bi tht u still read my post/replies.. :-)

In pashto there is a single word for both urine and stool. They differenciate it only by saying urine as chota, and stool as bada. Majority of pashto speaking people use to say these words.
