Bleeding In Stool: What Could Be The Reason?

I have a question. My sister has a problem. she is complaining abou beeling in stool. However its not quite often but she says it happened to her 4 of 5 times in last month. So she is quite tensed.

Can you please tell whats the reason for that? and is it dangerous?
