exercise exercise should be done with empty stomach so its better to do it before breakfast, it makes u fresh and active physically, for the whole day. |

To Shakir The morining time is the best tiem for exercise, because if you you cardiovascular activities at that time, you metabolism will be active throughout the day and you will be burning fat all day long.
Exercise without eating is always ideal as it is easy to flex and move all your body muscles rather than eating and then doing the exercise.
You must walk for at least ten minutes after lunch or dinner, and have dinner 4 hours before going to the bed. Good Luck. |

Dr Khan and Sana Thank u very much 4 ur reply. Lakin sana aap ne kaha k dinner k 4 hours bad bed pe jana chahiay. aam tor par aisa possible nahi hota kyun k ziada tar families including my family 9 pm ko dinner kartay hain aur almost 11 pm ko so jatay hain. aisi soorat mein kia karna chahiay? kia walk kar k jaldi so saktay hain? |

my comment no khaney k foren baad bilkul nai sona chahiye
is se ek to kahan hazam nai hota aur body structure bi affect hota hai
and it is better to do excercise early in the morning in fresh air and walk is important daily after 30 minutes of talking lunch or the dinner |
