NO NEED OF GHUSAL

I read on a islamic web site there is no need of ghusal required if you do oral sex but both partners must take wadu for prayer. Other thing is that if both partners are discharged or any body discharged after doing oral sex then ghusal is farz but one partners r discharged other is not then ghusal is farz only whom persons is discharged other is not
