 Backache ( Kamar Dard): Why It Is Happening?
Salam to all members and doctors. mera sawal ye he k mere kamar me kuch dinon se bht pain ho raha he, stamina b bht kam ho gaya he, aur bina take lagaye ziyada dair tak beth b nahi pata hon aur agar bethta b hoon to bilkul lait sa jata hon. plz help me k esa kiyon kiyon ho raha he. iss ki wajohat kiya hean plz guyz help me. I got severe backache since few days. My stamina also got reduced. I can't sit for more time without support. Please help me in this regard. Thanks.

- Does it occur any time or it happens while walking etc?
- Do you use soft or hard bed?
- Does it go with pain killers?
- Since how long you have this pain?
- Do have pain other joints as well?
- Do feel weakness?

Re: Backache Take Soft bed for sleep. Use a good pain killer lotion to massage the area where you feel the pain. Get following X-ray Done.X-ray Lumbo-secral Spine. Please post me the result or report of this X-ray. Thanks |
