Appetite- Decreased: How To Increase It?

AoA!mujhay doc sahab say poochna hai k mujhay bhook bohat kam lagti hai.pls iss ka koi hal batain.mujhay stomach aur jiger ka koi problem nahin.

I have got decreased appetite. How it would be increased?

(01)ap ko mushwara hy k ap subah nahar moun 4 glass 1250ML pani pene ki aadat bana lo innshaALLAH apko bhook lagne lage gii.

(02)or dosri ek or baat k khane se phele pani or drmiyaan me pani piya karo badd me ny iss se b apki bhook me izafa hogaa inshaALLAH.

  1. Take high calorie diet until your appetite would not be improved so that you would have enough amount of energy in the body. Juices, beverages, milk, egg, butter etc. No matter if you take it less or more.
  2. Must take meals at the right time and don’t avoid it. No matter if you take it more or less.
  3. Don’t eat in small plates, take large plates to eat. Psychologically you would start to eat more.
  4. Chew the food properly
  5. Once your stomach get full, take one or more bites in the end.
  6. Gradually increase your meals. Don’t rush
  7. Try to arrange your delicious food as much as possible. Furnish the table with such items that would force you to eat.
  8. Try to take variety of food rather than similar food more days or more times in a day.
  9. Don’t give more breaks between meals. Keep some snakes with you while you are at work or outside the house.
  10. Isolates those factors like anxiety, depression worries that decreases appetite and try to be relaxed and happy.
  11.  Perfrom exercise if possible.
  12.  Take full sleep.
