Absent Clitoris: Is That Possible?

Two things that I want to ask to get your opinion; (i) my wife doesn't have a clitoris at all. I know where it is located but in her case it is not present--she does not show desire for sex or rarely gets pleasure from sex (ii) she no longer gets wet while intercourse and I always have to use K-Y jelly for an easy penetration. Now please tell me that is there any other example of a woman that doesn't a clitoris by birth? Any comments and suggestions what should I do?
