I Am Sexually Very Weak: Please Help Me

Assalamulaikum, Dr sahab mairi umar 22 sal hay, shayad aap yaqeen nahin karain gay main nay 12 sal say (musht zani) karna shoro kardi thi.
main nay boht galat kam kiyey hain, magar ab main in say shaminda hon. plz mairi madad karain. 
main boht ziada mardana kamzori ka shikar hon. or itna kamzor hon k agar main ( 3 peace ) yani pent cout pehn laita hon 
to mairay shoulder main dard ho jata hay. plz aap kuch batain main kia karon, 
mairi sharamgah wala hisa bhi tera honay laga hay plz mujhay kuch batain k main kia karon.
mairay ghar walay mairi shadi karwana chahtay hain par main kaysay karon ga, 
aap mairay liyey doa karain or kuch batain k main kia karon.
