 Surgery Of Testicles
mera sawal penis or testicles ke baray mein hai mujhe testicles mein kaafi pain hota hai 2010 mein mujhe problem hua tha to mein ne doctor ko dikhaya unhon ne kaha ke kuch nai hai sirf aap ka ek testicle kafi hadh tak dheela aur down hogaya hai bas pain killed kaha karein aur sab teek hoga.
ab masla yeh hai ke itne saal guzarne ke baad kia is ka elaaj surgery se hosakta hai ya mein medicene pe hi guzara karoon mein nai chahta ke shaadi ke baad koi masla ho sex life mein,please mukhe bataaein mein kia karoon koi kehta hai surgery karwalo koi kehta hai kuch mat karo mein kis ka mashwara suno.

apne kidney stones k liye khud ko test karaya hai?
please poori details den ab tak treatment ki so that a suggestion could be given
agar details dene mein uncomfortable hon to ap doctor se consult karen at least d o doctors and see what they have to say
agar dono ek jaisa hi suggestion den t o go ahead with what they suggest

i am just taking regular painkillers like ponstan ,you know the mefeniefic acid.but you are right i will go for another test for the body.,like you mentioned .thanks..the 2010 x ray report said i have vericocele .it was done in ...MOD EDIT: Removed name and location of hospital....

seanambros Taking pain killers for a very long time is not healthy for your body
try to get the tests done and the treatment for vericocele can be done through medicine or surgery
doctors will decide after looking at the reports |

id like to have further info on what this vericocele is thanks alot doctor huma but id like to know more about this vericocele thing i mean why does it happen and what makes it happen also should i be worried about life after marriage,i mean it is giving me nightmares i am loosing sleep and somebody told me one can become impotent or something is this true.

seanambros there are valves in the testicles which make the blood flow back to the heart
when the valves do not work properly it results in pooling
it also has an effect on the sperm quality and motility but that does not mean you become impotent
you may ask for Varicocele Embolization
it is one of the safest procedures to get it treated

dr. huma Mera sawal ye hai ki aaj kal pata bhi kyun nitgh falt daily ho rhe hai issse koi nuksan to nahi hoga na mai hand use nahi karta sayad isi ki wajah se nahi ho RHA hai plz help me |

i used to masturbate i used to masturbate but i am done with that bad habbit.but doctor huma is surgurrey realy nessesary & there is no other way around.
plus what exactly is the cost of this procedure,is it painfull & what if i dont get a treatement and left it alone like the way it is should i be worreid about sex life after marriage.

seanambros see if there is pain then you need to treat it
before going for the treatment you should be sure that the pain is because of this only and no other reason
treatment is important because it may affect your married life and semen quality (studies show that in some cases teh cause of infertility is symptomatic varicocele)
this procedure can be performed with local anaesthesia
no incisions and recovery is fast
please consult an interventional radiologist for area specific costs as am not from Pakistan
