when i can join gym? jaundice!

I got jaundice( disaster 4 me) 8 months ago . If a person got that disease, will he able to join gym? ofcourse after recovering 4rm that dam thing!  But u all Know that gym is imposible without eating hot things & according to my doc I am restricted to eat  ( garam cheezain ). It's make me cry :/
