your advice bluemoon9 o bhai u are unmarried or mera khayl ha ap masterbation ka keh ray ho ka us ma jaldi discharge ho jata hoon. so nothing top worry about shadi ka baad sab teak ho jaiy ga start ma hota ha par ahesta ahesta ap ki timing kud ba kud increase ho jaiy gee ap kud pa control karo or apni diet achi rako !!kuch foods ha ya jin ka istmal sa ap ko fark pary ga par make sure ka ap ki masterbation ki habbit frequent na ho kosish kary ka na kary lekn buht ziyda zaroori ho to once or twice a month!!!
here are foods...
1) black seed(kalongi) half tea'sphone with water or milk before sleeping(milk would be better).
2) garlic one cor two clove daily (better to be take after lunch but dont drink too much water with that only 3 to 4 sips).after that better to not to eat any thing atleat for one hour.
3)bnans (2 or 4 daily)
4)oranges
5)almonds(badam) 7 to 10 daily early in mornind at least half hour before breakfast.
6)watermillon. iknow not avalible these days.

8)tomatos and onions in raw form not cooked(better would be that make sallad i lunch and take that)
9) and all imortant exerice on daily basis atleat for 20 to 30 min which must include (walk or running, setups,pushups,and other tecqnique which u know better)
10) the most important try to krrp your self cool emontionaly dant think about sex,ponograpy and oter erotic imigination in ur free time!!!also try to maintain 5 time prayer habbit.
aplly all this on u um sure it will work out and must tell me after week or 2...
