Dear sir,              Mary 7 month k bata hy 7 month tak to sub thek raha but ab 2 weak mary ake breast sy milk boht kam ata hy na any k baraber ake sy thek hy. sir please tell me solution urgent Please.

ماں کا دودھ بڑھانے کی ترکیبیں :
1- ماں پانی اور مشروبات زیادہ استعمال کرے۔
2- جو وٹامنز، غذائیں اور پھل وغیرہ حمل میں لے رہی تھی، لیتی رہے۔
3- اپنے جسم کو دھوپ لازمی لگائے۔
4- ذہنی طور پر پُرسکون رہے' ماں جتنی زیادہ زیادہ پُرسکون ہوگی اتنا ہی دودھ زیادہ بنے گا۔
5- بچے کے والد اور اہلِ خانہ ماں کو کوئی تلخ بات نہ کہیں اور اس کی لغزشوں کو معاف کریں۔
