Stretched Vagina & Minor Labia: kya meri biwi cheat kar rhi hai???

I'm a married man and I need an honest opinion of married women. Meri shadi ko 3 saal ho gae hain and no children yet. Shaadi pasand ki thi. Lakin ab mein mehsoos kar rha hoon ki meri biwi mujh se cheat kar rhi hai. Hum Rawalpindi mein rehtay hain aur mera susral Lahore mein hai.

Yahan ye batana zarori hai ke meray penis ka size medium hai about 6-inch (not small and not very big either).

Last 3 times meri biwi jub bhi Lahore se wapis aiy, us ka vagina aur minor labia bohat loose aur stretched the (dehnay mein, finger feel as well as when I inserted my penis). Plus uss ka sexual behavior bhi thora change hua hota tha. Like heightened sexual arousal & how she thrusted her pelvis while having sex, while normally she just lies still like dead wood. Only after 3 times of the same experience that I now seriously think that she has been unfaithful to me.

Lahore se akhri baar anay ke baad tu meri biwi ka vagina sore (zakhmi) bhi tha kyunki jub mein ne apni finger uskay loose vagina mein insert ki to usko bohat takleef hui. Jab mein ne pucha kya baat hai tu meri biwi ne kaha ke uss ke vagina mein takleef urine infection ki waja se hai (lakin meri biwi ki urine infection koi nai baat nhi hai, aur pehlay vagina kabhi aisa sore nhi hua). 

Phir Lahore se wapis anay ke 2 hafaty baad uska vagina dobara normal tight aur snug ho jata hai, agarchey hum mian biwi bohat sex bhi kartay hain, har roz, sometimes 2 or 3 times.

Lgta ha ke meri biwi ka sexual affair aik aisay admi se hai jis ka penis bohat mota hai (meray susral mein last 6 months se aik nojawan servant bhi hai jo 24-hour ghar mein hi hota hai, meri saas bed ridden hai, aur unkay ghar me akelay honay ke chance bhi ho skta hai Plus meri biwi hamesha israr krti hai ke mein usko 2 haftay ke lye Lahore chor kar wapis Pindi chla jaon).

Although my wife is now swearing on the Holy Quran that she has never been unfaithful to me, but what explains the abnormal stretching of her vagina??? I'm thinking of divorcing my wife for breaking my trust, and this is the only forum where I can get independent feedback on such a private matter without exposing my identity. I just want to be sure that I'm thinking right.

Ab app sab se batain ke kisi married aurat ke vagina aur minor labia stretch honay ki koi aur reason bhi hain? Kya mein apni biwi ke character par shak karnay mein haq bajanab hoon?

Aap sab ka bohat bohat shukriya. Mein bhi husn-e-zan rakhna chahta hn.

Lakin meray is sawal ka please koi jawab de keh kisi married aurat (with no childbirths) ke vagina aur minor labia stretch honay ki koi aur reason bhi hain (other than having sex with a very thick penis) which I observe only when my wife comes back from my susral. And after coming back to me her vagina becomes tight again after a couple of weeks or so. This has happened not once, but repeatedly for the last three times. I want an honest answer to my actual question please. Thanks.

However, please note that my obersvations are not in isolation. In fact, like any real life situation, these are seen in the broader context of the whole big picture - and elaborating on this is beyond the scope of this forum.

So my humble request to the repondents is to please remain objective to my simple specific question, and answer without being emotional (& blasting me):
