pain in arm after intercourse

sir i am newly married man.i have a problem,after  intercourse i feel too much pain in my left arm at opposite side of elbow(in vein only).at first time in a night ,its not too much but at 2nd it is very high.i just want to ask,is it normal? or i need to take  medicine.and what medicines should i eat?
