Body Building bhai myrizvi ka mashwara theek hai ke night mai kiya karo lekin body building se skin cancer paida hoti hai. |

edward pehly bat yea batao tumhe kitne din hue hai exercise karte hue.our weihgt lifting ka shoq hai to thigh tumare kitne hai width kiya hai.bhai mere nh kar sakte roze main roza khol k then tang k botle sth main ly jaya karo bech main pete raha karo.kosish ye ho k 40 minutes se ziyada time nh liya karo set awal hi pore karliya karo. |

one more thing exersie se awal 2 gahnte pehly khana khaliy karo agar khana chaho to agr nh to exesise k ek hour bad khan khliya karo. |
