How To Stop Masturbation: Help Me?

I have been masturbating ever since i was in 8th igrade.. its been now 6 years maybe and i still havent stopped doing it.. although iam now influenced to religion and i do pray but that doesn't stop me from getting sexual thoughts which i dislike the most and it compells me to masturbate.. sometimes i do and sometimes i dont.. i tried searching for the solutions but none worked! please please help me out as iam really very worried about my future life (being married etc) iam also in love with a girl and i respect her with a lot of my heart and i wanna be with her for the rest of my life.. i dont want any troubles in our personal life so i wanna stop it now.. I tried to stop it but the devil inside my brain always forces me to do it (though i do it 2 times after 2 week) iam eating healthy and iam also praying not 5 times but daily 4 or 3 times.. i just want to stop it, Just dont  wanna do it neither wanna think about it. I dont watch porn as well but i still get these strange sexy thoughts.. i dont know why!..

 I dont think about her that way and i dont have gutts to tell her about my problem.. please guys help me out i really really love her! i dont wanna dissappoint her at any cost!

Good work that u wanna stop it.

First do pray and in morning time read Quraan as well as with translation. When ever some sexual thoughts come on ur brain so pray to Allah and change ur mind in a healthy activity. Because on empty mind always satan attacks so save it from that attack. Go to tableegh for better seeking of Islam. Inshallah u will overcome it.
